1. Introduction

Welcome to McScan ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at mcscan.org and our Minecraft server scanning services. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Subscriptions and Free Trials

McScan operates on a subscription basis. We offer a 1-week (7-day) free trial for new users. To activate the free trial, a valid payment method must be provided. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically renew and your card will be charged unless you cancel before the trial period ends.

3. Payments and Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing your information, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your account for subscription fees. Subscriptions renew month-to-month until canceled via account settings. We do not offer refunds for partial months of service.

4. Prohibited Activities

To ensure a fair service, you agree not to engage in:

• Scraping or Bots: Use of automated scripts, scrapers, or bots to interact with our data is prohibited.
• Free Trial Abuse: Trials are limited to one per person. Creating multiple accounts to claim additional trials will result in a permanent ban.
• Interference: You may not attempt to disrupt or attack our servers or infrastructure.

5. Data and Privacy

We handle data in accordance with the GDPR. Billing details are handled directly by Stripe; we do not store full credit card details.

6. Disclaimer

McScan is provided "AS IS". We do not guarantee the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, McScan is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
